Refunds will not be issued unless there is proof of low quality goods received. Any goods damaged by delivery are outside of this shop's responsibility. Replacements may be made if you inform the store within a 2 week time period after receiving your package, but it is not guaranteed for one-of-a-kind/pre-order items.
